Jude Is For All

Jude is a mobile coffee cart based in Lakeland, Florida. Jude is a product of loving your neighborhood and wanting to be apart of it. The owner’s Jordan & Kelsey Willcox moved from Seattle, WA in 2020 to the beautiful little historic city of Lakeland Florida to be close to family but most importantly find the community that works for them. They found the community they were looking for, bought the yellow house you see in the picture and plan to be Lakelander’s for the rest of their lives. The idea of a mobile coffee cart started in Seattle as Jordan was a long time barista and a staple at many coffee shops after transitioning into his full-time career as a Creative Director. Wanting to stay involved in the coffee industry was difficult when you are pursuing a career in design. As Jordan tenured in design he knew that dream of being back in the coffee industry wasn’t going away. Spending most days working for clients out of a coffee shop or talking the heads off of local barista’s any chance he got. He knew this idea was so intertwined with his life he had to do something. Almost a year after moving to Florida Jude was born. Jude might just be a mobile cart but the goal behind the cart is to become a part of the community. We want to be at your wedding, local event, party, you name it. If it is happening in Central Florida we want to be there.
